This versatile dry mix makes the base for a gluten free cookie when combined with liquid and egg. Add chocolate chips, dried fruit or any other favourite ingredient for a variety of cookies.

organic brown cane sugar, white rice flour, potato starch, soy flour, corn starch, organic brown rice flour, organic cane sugar, sea salt, flaxseed, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate.
How to Use
- 2 cups cookie base mix
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp brown rice syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix softened butter, eggs, vanilla and honey (optional) in a medium bowl. Stir in cookie mix and any additional ingredients until soft dough forms (dough will be crumbly). Form dough by rounded tablespoon and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until golden-brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.

Recipe makes approximately 24 (1oz) cookies. Bag yields approximately
80 (1oz) cookies.
