Wendel’s True Foods is a family owned company creating all natural and organic baked goods with a focus on gluten free baking.  We first started baking our sweets in 1997 in our restaurant and bookstore, Wendel’s Bookstore & Café located in historic Fort Langley BC. Over the years the demand for our wholesome sweets grew and as a result we now bake our handmade sweets in a dedicated bakery. Our baked goods are packaged for retail and for wholesale food service.
 
Our products are baked in small batches to ensure quality and to maintain a handmade look and taste. This attention to detail and outstanding taste makes our baked goods stand out from the norm. We first focus on making great tasting products made with simple real ingredients and then offer different varieties for different dietary needs.  The resulting product appeals to both consumers who have issues with allergens as well as those who just want great tasting product made from natural and organic ingredients.
